From doula care and mental health support to baby supplies and paid leave, EBB helps families access the resources they need before, during and after birth.
We work alongside trusted local, Black and Brown-led providers and respond to the realities families are navigating right now.

Maternal Health Is Community Health
Healthy pregnancies and births don't happen in isolation. They are shaped by the people, resources and systems surrounding a family.
At Equity Before Birth, we believe all of us have a role to play in creating healthier outcomes for Black and Brown families. Families, birth workers, donors, volunteers, businesses, funders and community partners each bring something important to this work.
