Due to limited staff capacity, we are having to close direct family sponsorships through April 2024. We want to acknowledge that so many families need additional support right now. This was a very difficult decision for us but one that is necessary to ensure our growth and sustainability. We appreciate your support, patience and understanding. We look forward to re-opening our waiting list in May 2024. Our future is very bright and we are grateful for your ongoing support! (All families currently being served by EBB will continue to receive sponsorship, as previously agreed upon.)
Current Eligibility Requirements

Birthing persons with challenges accessing culturally affirming care and those who experience bias and discrimination from our healthcare system; we center Black moms and birthing people

Residing in Durham, Johnston, Wake, Orange, or Chatham counties

Pregnant or within 18 months of having or losing an infant
